Please read these terms of use (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) before purchasing any SecuPress maintenance plan service (the “Service”) operated by Julio Potier (“we”, “we” or ” no”).
Access and use of the service are conditioned by your acceptance and compliance with these Conditions. They are applicable to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you are bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you cannot access the service.
The current conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between SecuPress and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made on the SecuPress merchant site, whether it is a professional or a consumer.
The acquisition of a good or a service via this site implies the unconditional acceptance of the current Conditions of sale by the purchaser.
These conditions of sale will prevail over all other general or specific elements, not approved by SecuPress.
SecuPress reserves the right to modify its Terms of Sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

Having SecuPress Pro installed and configured does not guarantee that the site will not be hacked. SecuPress is a web security aid and it is impossible for a script and a human to be able to guarantee a 100% secure (if someone promises you, run away).
Maintenance plans
Prerequisites
The maintenance packages are accessible to everyone, professional or private, owner, webmaster or manager of a site using WordPress (zip version from .org and not a hosting of .com services), with obligation to purchase SecuPress Pro on each site that wishes to benefit from the said service.
Before our team installs and takes charge of the site under maintenance, the site must not be in a hacked state, otherwise a Post Hack service must be acquired beforehand in order to start clean.
We reserve the right to refuse a site if the overall state seems too unstable and does not allow proper maintenance over time.
No action
What we do in our WordPress security maintenance plans:
First a telephone or e-mail exchange in order to understand what the site is doing and know your expectations in terms of security.
Pro installation and configuration (value 99 €, included) of SecuPress Pro (at your expense upstream, from 6 € per month).
Then, we make a point with you on the before / after setting up of the services, you indicate in part if we need your added steps before we work (by the use of a version <= 5.6 of PHP will be impossible for us, by choice).
Setting up a scanner: This homemade scanner is able to detect the latest malware thanks to our daily monitoring. (1)
Malware cleaning: If there is detection, we intervene to decide whether it is a false positive or not, and if necessary we intervene to clean the site as if it had been hacked (value € 299 , included). (1)
Setting up alerts: Attacks and intrusions will be received as an alert for you and we will decide whether to intervene or modify the settings. (2)
Setting up a monitoring of the availability of your site: With WP Umbrella (value 50 €, included), we also receive these alerts and intervene if necessary. (2)
Implementation of RFP (Real File Protection): SecuPress exclusive, we use files in place for real protection of WordPress, you even share your “wp-config.php” file without being afraid! (3)
Implementation of ADC (Anti Deface Control): SecuPress exclusivity, we carry out an active control of your site defacing in order to prevent this from happening, the site is either automatically or manually re-commissioned. once, we receive the alerts and intervene. (3)
Implementation of the ACS (Anti Cloaking System): SecuPress exclusive, we are implementing a new surveillance which consists of detecting the camouflaged pages (cloaking) in your home page in order not to be seen by the owner but visible engines and mobiles. As always, we receive these alerts and take action as needed. (3)

SecuPress reserves the right to remove extensions or themes that could harm the security of the site during its maintenance.
Prices
The packages are available in monthly or annual payment, the annual payment giving the benefit of an equivalent of 2 months. These prices are for WordPress monosites, if you are in multisite, you must add 10 €. Discount codes are not functional on maintenance plans.
Basic plan
59 euros NET per month or 590 euros NET per year; renew Automatic lifetime cancellable at any time. The service stops at the end of the period. No reimbursement possible or pro rata temporis.
This plan includes a follow-up of the following weekly tasks:
- The malware scanner,
- Our intervention and cleaning as needed (value 299 €),
- PDF report if there was an intervention.
€ 39 commissioning fees are added to the first installment.Pro Plan
69 euros NET per month or 690 euros NET per year; automatic renewal for life cancellable at any time. The service stops at the end of the period. No reimbursement possible or pro rata temporis.
This plan includes monitoring of the following daily tasks: - The home malware scanner,
- Our intervention and cleaning as needed (value 299 €),
- The alerts that we will receive,
- Uptime monitoring (value 50 €),
- PDF report if there was an intervention.

This plan is mandatory for e-commerce sites.
79 euros NET per month or 790 euros NET per year; automatic renewal for life cancellable at any time. The service stops at the end of the period. No reimbursement possible or pro rata temporis.
This plan includes real-time monitoring of the following tasks: - The home malware scanner,
- Our intervention and cleaning as needed (value 299 €),
- The alerts that we will receive,
- Uptime monitoring (value 50 €),
- Implementation of the RPF,
- Establishment of the ADC,
- Establishment of ACS,
- PDF report if there was an intervention.

Our maintenance packages focus on active safety, here’s what we don’t do:
- Updating extensions (on demand only)
- Updating themes (on demand only)
- Updating WP Core (on demand only)
- Improved site performance
- Backups (on demand only)
- SEO (any service)
- Support tickets excluding SecuPress or maintenance package
- Custom development tasks
- Code audit of themes and extensions (on estimate)

Pricing
The prices are displayed in NET without VAT in accordance with article 293B of the CGI, based on the euro. Conversion rates are subject to the judgment of SecuPress.me.
SecuPress reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer for the period of his purchase.
If our maintenance system in place is removed, modified, altered, then our maintenance will no longer be effective. If we have to intervene to reinstall it, a billing of one hour of general maintenance at 60€NET will be changed.
Refund policy for maintenance plans
During the purchase, the service is consumed instantly, we intervene within 24 working hours to set up our solutions, so by providing you with the maintenance service you expressly and irrevocably waive your legal right of withdrawal of 14 days. No refund is possible.
Termination of maintenance plans
Termination is possible at any time and ends at the end of the current term. We then delete what has been put in place on our part upstream so as not to conflict with your new maintenance / security policy. However, we do not touch SecuPress, its subscription or its configuration.
Guarantee of maintenance plans
The maintenance service is a service that maintains the order expected on your site as much as possible. We do not fix bugs or PHP or JS errors. The service does not prevent being hacked, just as installing SecuPress Pro or any other security extension / script cannot prevent it. Accidents happen, you have to deal with it. Our solutions are there to reduce the occurrences of hacking, extend hacking frequencies and limit the damage caused by these hacks.
Our guarantee therefore does not lie in the fact that the site will not be hacked, but rather that the site will always be under surveillance and put back on its feet no matter what.
Responsibility
The seller, in the online sales process, is only bound by an obligation of means. Its responsibility is not responsible for damages resulting from the use of the Internet such as loss of data, hacking, virus, disruption of service or other unintentional problems.
Installing SecuPress after the site is hacked cannot fix the problem, the accident has already happened. SecuPress is primarily a preventive security tool and cannot override the work of a human.
Also, even with a security plugin, it goes without saying that your site should be checked from time to time (visit your home and shopping pages) and kept up to date with updates and backups.
Even with SecuPress installed, your site can be hacked, this is not a 100% guarantee of security, it is technically impossible. Just like an airbag, a seat belt and driving at 50km / h in the city does not guarantee that you will not have accidents.
SecuPress is there to delay the moment of piracy as far as possible, mitigate attacks, alert you in case of doubt, it still needs the human brain and at the same time saves more than precious time that it maintains. site security. Doing everything manually would be wasted precious time, which is why SecuPress is useful.
Support for maintenance plans
Support is reserved for anyone who has purchased a maintenance plan that is still active.
Support should be done by the person who purchased the plan or an authorized manager such as a webmaster.
Ordered
The buyer who wishes to acquire a product or a service must:
- Fill out the purchase form on which he will give all the requested data or connect to his customer account if he has one.
- Validate his order after verification;
- Make the payment under the conditions provided;
The payment of the order implies the acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale, the knowing recognition and renunciation to take advantage of its own conditions of purchase or other conditions.

Payment
The price is payable when ordering.

The buyer’s account will be debited upon shipment of the available products or services and only the amount of the goods or services delivered or downloaded.

The service is billed in advance annually or monthly.
Renewal
When purchasing a SecuPress maintenance plan, you activate of your own a recurring monthly or annual subscription either in Stripe or Paypal depending on. You have the option at any time to cut this recurrence and continue to benefit from your maintenance plan until the end of its period.
Then the plan will be cut and security maintenance not performed on our part.
At the end of the period – and if the Paypal account allows it or if the credit card linked to Stripe (of which we are NOT aware of the number) is still valid and not expired – a debit of the amount of the previous order will be debited from your account.
Accounts
When a customer account is created with us, you must provide us with accurate, complete and current information at all times.
Failure to do so constitutes a violation of the terms, which may result in the immediate termination of your account on our service.
You must be a human, it is forbidden to create accounts automatically using a script, a crawler, any bot is strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activity or action under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately after becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
