We firmly believe in and stand behind our product 100%. However, we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If the “14 days trial” version of SecuPress is available, you can decide to keep it or not during these 14 days. If not available, we refund you only during the 14 days since of your original purchase.
A couple of small points:
• We will process your refund as soon as we’re able to, in a maximum of 7 working days. In some cases we might ask you for the opportunity to resolve the issue for you.
• Refunds may only be issued within 14 days of the purchase date. After 14 days no refunds can be processed.
• Refunds do not apply to product upgrades or annual renewals.
• You can ask for a refund, but we recommend you to ask support before.
