What is the difference between SecuPress Pro and other competitors?
Like many security bundle plugin like Wordfence, iThemes Security or Sucuri Security, SecuPress Pro has a bunch of expected features, like its competitors. But also, we developed our own features that only SecuPress Pro has. Also, web performance is always in our mind, this is why SecuPress Pro won't affect your loading time.
Why should I buy SecuPress Pro if i'm already using the Free version?
The free version can be used on a blog with no revenues. But as soon as you have ads, members, or of course a e-commerce business, you will need more security and will have less time. SecuPress Pro can scheduled the main tasks and alerts you when needed.
Which payment methods do you accept?

Do you accept other currencies?

No, our licenses are renewed automatically as soon as they reach their expiration date. You don't have to worry whether the pro features will still be available.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can unsubscribe whenever you want. Send us a contact and we will quickly process the unsubscription. Cancelling is not refunding.
Can I upgrade my licence if I need more site?
Of course, you can upgrade your plan at anytime, with a pro-rated payment.
Do you offer a free trial?
No but we refund within the first 14 days after purchase without any question.
Can I use SecuPress Pro on client sites?
Yes of course, there is no additional fee to use SecuPress Pro on clients site. Just remind that you'll be the one to support the renewal every year. If you don't want that, just ask your client to buy SecuPress Pro himself.
Do you offer support if I need help?
Yes, we will be happy to fix your issue, to listen to your ideas, to hear feedbacks. By using the Pro version, you're under the "priority support" and will receive a quicker answer than if you're using the free version, posting a ticket in the wp.org forums.
